Concept:
A first-person shooter influenced by Wolfenstein and Doom. Weapons, mechanics, and adversaries are all straight from Doom. This was my first time making a doom-like level, and while it was extremely short, I got a tremendous learning experience from this project.

Created map layouts on all stages – from simple drawings to fully functional level in unreal

Gathering References
Gathered references using PureRef from games like Doom, Wolfenstein and user-created levels in the Doom engine
Level Map
Created the level map using Adobe Illustrator. The level map showcases gates and valves also giving me a good idea of where to put the enemy's animals and weapon pickups
Blockout
For the block out process I use many of the assets that came with the asset pack for the doom-like level I also created simple pillars for the player to dodge and take cover when combating ranged enemies
Navigate the level
The player must navigate the level he starts with a pistol but he also finds a shotgun along the way
Pathway
The player reaches an area with a landmark and a dividing path. One way is blocked and needs a red key and the player sees the red key through a window
Battle Area
The player reaches a battle area where he must fight multiple different enemies .What's his finished off all the enemies he may receive the red key
Lava Pit
When the player has received the red key he may unlock the door and proceed to the next area where there is lava pits and enemies
Orangae
The player has defeated all the enemies in the lava pit and now he may recover the orange key and open the final door
End Level
The player has reached the end of the level and he
